They Cannot Go With You This Time

Acts 15:39-40 – And the contention was so sharp between them, that they departed asunder one from the other: and so Barnabas took Mark, and sailed unto Cyprus; And Paul chose Silas, and departed, being recommended by the brethren unto the grace of God.

Meditation – It’s tough; you never want to leave friends behind. But, they can’t go with you this time. You’re moving on without them because you have work to do and they aren’t ready to work. This isn’t about hurting them; it’s about forcing them to examine themselves like you’ve had to. You cannot follow the Lord and carry their baggage. Perhaps they’ll be ready one day. But, they cannot go with you this time. So, pray; and, move forward.
