Luke 22:31-34 - And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat: But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren. And he said unto him, Lord, I am ready to go with thee, both into prison, and to death. And he said, I tell thee, Peter, the cock shall not crow this day, before that thou shalt thrice deny that thou knowest me.
Meditation – “the Lord knows my heart.” true. but, consider this; until we come to know and understand our own heart, we are unable to be who The Lord would have us to be. It is difficult to lead others to The Lord when we ourselves aren’t converted. And, Conversion begins with us being honest about where we currently stand with The Lord. He knows our heart; yes. He knows our thoughts, motives and intentions. The point is that we take the time and put forth the effort to know who we are. Know yourself.
